Warranties
ALL our field hockey equipment products have a 1 year warranty for manufacturing or material defects. (Sorry, we do not refund for abuse like getting hacked by another player!!) Warranty returns will be replaced whenever possible with the same model. When that is not possible, the product will be replaced with a similar product of equal or greater value.
Returns
We work hard to make sure the piece is a perfect match for the player's skill, strength and size. We understand that every once in a while the stick that felt perfect at a tournament doesn't feel as quite the same at home or that the size small goalie grows and is now a size medium! So we have a very simple return policy - as long as the equipment has not been used in a game or practice and is in "like new" condition, it can be returned for replacement with the right size or another stick. If we can not provide the proper size or another stick that feels perfect, then we will refund the full purchase price. We never charge a return or stocking fee! Shipping charges for equipment returned are the responsability of the purchaser. Sorry, we do not accept returns on clothing or personal protection equipment (like mouth guards, pelvic protectors and shin guards) unless they are unused and in the original packaging. Purchaser needs to contact us regarding the return within 14 days of purchase

Privacy policy: Our privacy policy is very simple: we never sell or release your personal information. When you purchase from us on line, we don't even use it to send you sales material! Obviously, when you purchase from us on line or over the phone, we do need to collect the information required to process the sale. We use this data only as you intend; to process your purchase.
Security Policy: Credit cards are processed using our secured network or our stand-alone equipment. Transactions are handled by PayPal and their secure processes. All transaction data sent over the internet is encrypted for your protection.
Shipping and Billing: All shipping is paid for by the purchaser. Shipments are sent FedEx ground unless we are requested by the customer to expedite the shipment. The purchaser can select any service by FedEx for expedited shipments but please be careful...... "Next Day" charges for shipping a field hockey stick can be as high as $130!! We charge no handling or shipping fee; you are charged only for the actual cost of the shipping. We do require a signature for delivery of any gear over $100. Our normal shipping time is 24 hours. Out of stock material will not be charged until it is received from the manufacturer and has shipped to the customer. All other charges are processed at the time of ordering.
